Generally you can exclude everything after the "?" symbol in a URL. All the extra stuff is to track people.

The rate of blood clots for the Edwards TAVR is particularly interesting ("TAVR patients had higher rates of blood clots forming on the implanted valve, at 2.7% versus 0.7%"). Blood clots generally indicate poor mechanics and rough edges. A single-piece valve like the Admedus may fare better.
