the worry is "the market values the company like there was nothing there"
and who is "the market" for stock like this one ?
gamblers like us who should not be here in the first place: as me who has no clue on geology.
therefore only players who employ first class geologists are able to put the right values and risk sum commensurate to to the value of potential price joint with probability of the price present.
Therefore JV is the only way unless the final report brings the price to reasonable level i.e. options in the money.
