Buy and sells have been popping up for the last week or so similar to that.. just a bit of fun imo.. don’t think there’s any hidden meaning
Hell, I’ve done it myself, eg. an odd number hits the offer so I put in a bid for exactly that amount to see if the seller is willing to give up a pip or 2 to get a clean sale away without leaving an unmarketable parcel behind
