The announcement seems to close the gap for me on why the port documentation listed our ship as OUT-SURGE. So I don't just have this announcement to go by / trust .. but also the "Geraldton Port Daily Port Requirements" document that was posted on an earlier thread. The explanation seems to line up between the two which is really good. At least now I know what OUT-SURGE means and I'm not just hearing this reason from one location.
