    As I thought, the port decided to do maintenance which leads me to believe that the reduction of load rate which we saw on the graph was due to the loader having problems so the port decided to proceed with maintenance and repair and our board have just shown market diplomacy by not pointing the finger.
    By the port ensuring we have loading preference to me is an indication of where the problem was.
