It tells you who is buying and who is selling.

Brokers have different reputations, and rightly so.
I think its a somewhat useful tool, but only to add on to those who can read the tape well already.

For IHL in the last few weeks or so, from the data it is apparent that retail scaredy cats faltered during the consolidation right into the hands of pro buyers. Still think there will be a further period of consolidation til the next rally, but from what it sounds like with the newsflow in the next few months if all goes to plan we will once again be going parabolic, but even stronger than before.

The short rundown really is the promised 1000 patients, 2/3 of 1500 AGH which is capped at 200M.
Then the 4 trials.... I wont even put a number on that.
