Plext, the top 20 indicates the private small shareholders have been dumping huge amounts of SEH and the big guys have been loading up. 70.5% owned by top 20 a few weeks ago and I'm sure after the past week of trading that percentage is probably closer to 73%.
Not sure why people were selling at 13.5c when we knew what news was coming in the next couple of months. Probably traders and stop losses being hit.
