A legitimate concern if you think that AJM bod is basing negotiation offers on vwap.
Somehow I don't think so.
This could also be being capped by opportunists to prey on tired and weak sh.
This could also a be concern, but luckily the t2o and bod hold a big chunk of the shares. Both a plus (deterrent for hostile to) and a minus (share price liquidity likely hampered by it)
