If the joint venture isn't profitable, should we just not just put the plant on care and maintenanceThat's what I would be telling my legal eagle to communicate to PLL- the JV is as is has to be profitable and it's not, carbonate must be fast tracked. Assuming we hold 75% of the JV if this goes to a vote then presumably in the interests of maintaining long term commitments and preserving OTA surely this should be an option?
