While I believe the majority of @YahooSerious interaction was genuine, I think there is a possibility that he misheard or misunderstood the reasons for the OTA agreement being turned down by the BOD. I do not believe that downstream processing is part of negotiations.
Given the short term nature of available SC as per SYA's publicly stated aspirations to go downstream at NAL themselves, and the fact that the JV is yet to approve or make an FID on downstream conversion, I think it is best to disregard that section of the poster's recollection of claimed private discussions with SYA.
It could lead to unnecessary significant confusion that does not allign with pusblished company announcements or statements.
