Id say there certainly is- as its stands both parties formed a JV and agreed to the commitments of down stream processing. We have more or less 24 months to do that from start if 2024. We will have to fund it ourselves if they can't agree a figure. One thing is sure is that with all of the delays they have suffered they can't afford to mess about.Time is ticking big time.
