After the PLS/Min Res right of first refusal spat, PLS settled by giving Min Res a crap-house full of shares. I recall from that announcement that Min Res would offer their services to PLS for the development of the project. No doubt this is where CSI enters the picture. Nice little ‘earner’ for Min Res.
