Redflow reports first major telco sector sale of batteriesa multiple stage project.
Redflow Limited (Redflow) is pleased to announce that it has received its first major ZBM2 battery
order from the telecommunications sector, and its largest single ZBM2 product order to date.
The sale, worth about US$600,000 (about AUS$800,000), is through Redflow partner Vertiv, which
will provide the batteries for an energy storage solution being designed by New Zealand-based
Hitech Solutions Ltd (Hitech), which provides telecommunications and infrastructure services.
Vertiv (formerly Emerson Network Power) is a mature Redflow system integrator that has
previously deployed ZBM2 batteries for telco-related energy storage systems in New Zealand and
Australia.
Hitech is building advanced hybrid energy storage systems to provide reliable, remote power to
various sites in a Pacific Island nation. This first ZBM2 order from Hitech supports the first stage of
