Big credible companies are expanding into growing and processing their product in low cost environments with the aim to undercut the market. There will be nothing wrong with the quality of the product as the companies that grow, process and sell it are already credible. They will just use a grunt workforce and hold cheaper land costs that doing everything in Canada, US or Aust. These will come online in 2020-21, DYOR!
Crop will come online from Columbia, Loas etc very soon at a fraction of the price of current imports. THC will have to compete on this new level, not the current level you are discussing.
