Unfortunately SH are in much the same position with Pearl as they were with LAR a 40% ownership of fook all!
The only motivator for Pearl to re list CTR is to get a cheap shell, it would be in their best interest to let it go to the wall and keep the company to themselves and a few select debt holders + the $3mil and wages paid for by CTR for a year.
The deal maker PL strikes again!
