You're right re SH. Even if CTR remains listed, there has to be a major re-construction and funding. But, they still have a chance which would completely disappear if they just folded. It really all depends on how good Pearl honestly believe their product to be and that will soon be revealed. If they are genuine and have people who are prepared to add to their original funding, then Pearl would be extremely keen to retain the ASX listing. But, don't forget, ASX could of their own volition de-list CTR as it doesn't comply with its business model.
Still reckon that holders should be taking out an action directly against PL instead of just sitting around and waiting. What does your lawyer think about holders' options?
