Not going to happen, you should send BM an email asking yourself.
Becuase the parties are currently in court and an investigation by asic is underway I will have to refrain from posting or disclosing any material info in public forums.
It is ok for me to discuss this matter and I will forward info to relevant authorities in representation of share holders.
However we can debate where the project came from and who raised the money for it.
