Yes ssw - the administrators are the party that assumes all liabilities and risks for running the company from the administration date. That`s why sometimes if there is no assets and/or funds in a company the administration closes it down quickly as there is no funds to pay anybody including themselves. But this administration is different - as there is allot of funds available to the administrator. They still have to pay suppliers, staff, rent, tenement commitments and the like in the ordinary course of business.
