Neo Performance Materials is a shareholder of AR3 and holds 2.5% of AR3 shares.Neo is also as interested as possible to test the AR3 sample as soon as possible and start purchasing its products. At the moment, Neo buys most of the carbonate in Russia from the Solikamsk Magnesium Plant, and there is a risk of sanctions and a ban on purchases in Russia.
I think that if the Neo test is successful, there may be a takeover or an increase in the share of Neo in the capital of AR3
