Given that folks were given what turned out to be false expetations and some lost money - I realise that one little word is missing from GCN's statement via ASX.

There was an unforgiveable delay before GGN (advised by SIS remember) came to conclusions that were obvious to naysayers here, when the nonsense first got going.

Caveat emptor is no excuse. Have ASX & ASIC done their work properly? They are responsible for tryong to make the phrase irrelevant in the investing world.
