I had not noticed the announcement about the first months trading until now.
Based on that 2015 FY NPAT could easily be in the range of $20 million making this one cheap stock. This assumes margins come up after integration and also assumes no growth in sales. Also allows for $4 million if interest expense.
Once ExpressData integrate cost synergies will be made as DDR already has the facilities set up.
I also wonder if they could avoid raising capital and just pay debt from profits, maybe a small raising of $30 million and repay rest.
