Anyone want to comment on Euroz's $67 per oz valuation? Not aware of benchmarks for IGV in gold. I'm assuming there's a premium for the fact that FFX is in the (uncommon!) position of being actually able to process available ore immediately into saleable dore, rather than some ground with holes in it.
1.3Moz x $67 x 0.8 = 70M, not 63M, which is the current res, not the rem(odelled) one. Is there a 10% discount on the figure? I would assume more ounces, not less, anyway.
Interesting also that a basically functional CIL plant with a replacement cost of ~250M USD and upwards is valued as a 45M AUD asset. I think that's odd, but perhaps that's industry standard too?
