You continue to miss the real point, we all have choice but probably not at a price we want.
I'm sure there are parties that would buy your shares for a fraction of the last placement price but given sophisticated investors are valuing the shares at 42c it seems to me that even the headless chooks in here can work out the share price is expected to go higher than 42c by those buying at 42c. If you think reallllllly hard, you can probably work out that those same investors expect to be able to sell their shares at some point.
It ain't rocket science.
