Saw this same scenario being played out on the LSE 25 years ago. The regulators just sat on their hands and management drained the company into a shell and sold for 50 times to a Russian conglomerate with every shareholder left high and dry.
Too many grey areas in the regulations on he ASX allowing so called smart ***** as GTT and Hudson to become millionaires on investors loot without turning a spade of earth for a mining company! We expect the management to mine and explore for gold and related minerals as that is the reason why everyone invests in gold biz to have that dream of striking gold or why are we here!
