    The reason for the departures was not a case of what they know. It was a case of what they didn't know.
    And what they didn't know was how to accommodate and work with successful business people that have an abundance of marketing experience and negotiation skills, which is evident in the fact they are no longer there.
    Polynovo has a fantastic product, but they have to sign deals to make it work. Stewart and Griffiths couldn't do that.
