One good reason to buy a stock, plenty of reasons to sell. Investors have different strategies for risk, holding time, market conditions, life events, milestones met/not met etc. Holders ebb and flow, stick to your own strategy, it's hard to borrow conviction. Unless you see directors and management dumping, THEN you run!
