Here's a little bit of FA iv'e just put together, its not perfect and may require some tuning but it gives a general idea of FBR"s potential Income / Expenses / Scaleability / NPV / IRR / PE Ratio.
1. The numbers are more so based on a Small scale Operational Costs then multiplied (upscaled), so the effect that economies of scale would have not been added toward the latter figures so further reductions could be made there.
2. I have kept the $24M/Annum ($6M/Qtr) cash burn in the full 5 year projection as i believe (and hope) FBR will continue onto their next project shortly after HX.
3. P/E Ratio is incorporates dilution required for Initial Cash Injection to ramp up Operations, Performance shares have not yet been included into P/E.
This early in the Piece P?E Ratios are not really effective but more of a nice to know, NPV & IRR is generally used on Speccies to determine if its a good/bad investment.
