It might even be better than that ...
We've already had clinicians make requests to the FDA's Expanded Access Program - which have been granted - so that patients given lower singe doses have been able to get multiple doses with "outstanding" results. This has resulted in the potential acceleration of the 4 x 12GBq dose cohort by effectively allowing the 2-dose cohort to get 4 doses.
If Wilsons is correct and the Phase 3 trial is to be 4 x 12GBq doses, then we've effectively started Phase 3 already.
If the results of the 4 x 12GBq in this "Phase 2" trial are good, then one might expect Phase 3 to be based on administering 67Cu after fewer (or no) earlier treatment lines ...
It might even be better than that ...We've already had...
