I met Daniel a while back, nice guy but all their gold was just targeting known historical shafts. They are along way behind AUN and need to raise cash. AUN on the other hand have cash and I think options will be in the money so more coming in, plus they have a drill for equity arrangement, AUN will be valued on the existing resource plus the drilling they are undertaking, could be wrong but I don't think PNT have any resources.
Hope it works out for you but I think the torque might be in AUN if gold continues to run
