I just simply don't see it as a risk. Brand new case law would have to be created which would create legal history and cast doubt on every current and future agreement, putting billions of dollars of investment and thousands of jobs, including money and jobs for local indigenous people at risk. Frankly, it is simply not going to happen.
What happened within the Martu Martu community is their business and is no concern for Reward. This seems to be just whimsical, wishful thinking on your behalf, based on jealousy of not being able to influence the outcome to your own purposes, rather than reality. Seriously, your energy would be much better spent making sure the local people got as much out of the agreement as they can. That is if you actually care for the local people rather than your own ego. Historically most posters have respect for the Martu Martu and hope they genuinely prosper as the project comes on line, I certainly do.
