I have previously stated on this forum what I think the grounds for a challenge will be and I was modded. That's ok, I have no argument with HC Mod on that and out of respect for their request that I don't go there again, I shall not. But those grounds, which do not go to native title law, have not gone away and the day of reckoning is fast approaching.

The parts of the Special Administrators report that should be exercising your mind are:

"This new board will take over control of the corporation immediately the special administration ends.", and

"...the Registrar, Anthony Beven, has extended the special administration to 26 February 2016."

That's just 18 days away.
