Stamler and team are working with neurologists seeking patients who have very early signs of MSA / Parkinsons. For this to occur there is a heavy reliance on a neurologist to a) detect and b) refer to ATH to be part of the trial.

By taking this route, there is a much higher chance of success for phase 2 - rather than simply opening up to anybody - which was part of the issue last time around.

I would rather have ATH get it right and then see positive results than open up to anybody and run the risk of further disappointment.
