Depends on how you define failed.
Human cancer phrase 1 trial done over 6 years ago, stated back then moving to phrase 2, but that then amended waiting for canine data, then over 12 months ago did cr for human cancer trial so this is a failure.
Canine cancer they announced that the Vets involved in phrase 3 canine cancer trial and that's what they claimed to be going to do, 2 years later still doing phrase 2 trial so again a failure.
Then look at covid gone nowhere in 2 years so failure
Not one single timeline met so this too must be called a failure
So I say not harsh enough
