Riluzole is the drug normally given to MND patients, it reduces electricity impulses to the brains synapses. It stops the shakes.
It increases life expectancy by 6 to 19 months ..
The clearance of degraded cells in the body is reliant on 3 main pathways.We have one in MPL (P13K) , Riluzole has a another pathway in Beclin1
Beclin1 isolates the old cells for clearance ( the rubbish in the garbage can ) MPL activates the truck to pick up said can. We need both for absolute clearance.
