Hi mate, that’s a good observation.
My first thought to his response is we must be nearing the OBD by pulling back on the saline volume per dose. However, your point is more logical that they’ve changed up the baseline measure from patient to mL. I’d imagine the patient measure could produce too much variation. Maybe both scenarios are valid.
