What does this mean in terms of how the trial progresses?

That first patient will be followed up 30 days after treatment so the doctors and investigators running the trial will know how that first patient is responding (the trial is open label) - although I suspect from patient observations they will know how the treatment is performing. This 30-day time period could be a critical factor in the treatment of the next 2 patients in the cohort.

That aside, with 1 patient recruited in 7 days will the remaining 2 patients in the first cohort be treated by the end of August? That would mean analysis for the first Cohort end end of September (30 days after 3rd patient dosed). That would give potential news flow on cohort results in October (allowing some time for analysis of results). I guess that's the optimistic timeframe for completion of the first Cohort.
