The above was optimistic timeframe for recruitment of the first cohort.

Here's an attempt at calculating realistic timeframe to recruit the first cohort (and complete the assessment of cohort results).

First Israel trial dosed the first patient 25 July 2019.
First Israel trial dosed the tenth patient 18 March 2020.
That's an elapsed time of 237d.
With 10 patients enrolled that was an average 24d to enrol one patient.

Therefore we can determine a likely timeframe to recruit the first cohort of 3 at 72 days. That gives estimated date for completion of recruitment of first cohort at 20 October 2021. Thirty days wait fro followup takes us to 19 November 2021. Assuming 4 weeks for analysis of results for first cohort then we will have completion of 1st cohort at 17 December 2021.
