Resposne rates for Relapsed/Refactory AML are by definition second line treatments it would seem? ie replapsed/not responsive to firstline treatment =r/r??. So Titans table is a fair reference point and seems to have an average response rate of circa 40pct.?? But as Dr T points out its nuanced. Need to not just "respond" but be fit for tranplant post treatment recovery- 30 days post. So toxicity counts. Also see that standard of care response rates vary by mutation status and wonder how our patients are screened for those. Think we will need to continue to be educated about how to interpret the trial results before thyey drop. But Index quates 3/8 respoinse as being on track.
