From the latest Proactive Investors interview re CHECKvacc:
"...when we have the first patient we'll have to wait a bit, before we can add the second patient, and then hopefully that will go quite quickly..."

For PD1-Vaxx; first patient dose occurred on 1 Dec 2020, followed by the first cohort enrolment of 3 patients on 17 Dec 2020, and dose escalation on 21 Jan 2021. So, approx 2 months.

Assuming that CHECKvacc's first cohort of 3 patients conservatively takes 3 months to enrol/recruit, given additional required safety delays from the FDA (see Leslie's quote above), we should have an announcement re cohort 1/dose escalation in late Jan 2022. It's only then that shareholders will know if early efficacy has occurred.

Any early indication of early efficacy in CHECKvacc's TNBC should send IMU's market cap well north given the corresponding likelihood of Ph2 efficacy. If this early indication occurs, all shareholders are in for an incomprehensible surprise as the market is forward looking and will expect similar results in other solid tumour indications.

The company's B-cell results and associated partnering should be evident prior to Christmas too.
