It was a good read(listen) though on the psychology that causes most traders/investors to lose money in the long run ... most people think it's the wins that make someone profitable over the long run but really it's how they manage their losers. I have an incredible ability to do stupid things in the market so I need the constant reminders from these sort of books of what not to do lol
