Maybe it's a simple numbers game and the revenue they expect from the partnership doesn't justify the cost to implement the platform for their specific footprint of patients.

Been calling for that for a long time Rudi. It seems Running and Operating costs way to high for it's market cap. I feel it's like the cart before the horse scenario.
