Yeah, as i understand it, once debrided and infections dealt with, all that can be done is put the novosorb in, manage any further infection and wait for it to heal. I remember seeing that with even quite large ulcers the site healed fully without any further skin needed.
So, the 12 weeks is all anyone can do. Issues after that are related to the underlying condition and lifestyle of the patient.
Happy to stand corrected, but that's my understanding.
