Honestly why I would love it, not really sure whether they are allowed to do it in the terms and conditions of the trial to ensure impartiality. An early conclusion - assuming positive with very high survival rate - would be fantastic for the patients and also for those who are waiting for a "miracle" and of course for the investors. While sitting on pins, I rather wait and get it when it is allowed to be released and a (hopefully) great outcome cannot jeopardise the FDA approval, especially early. I am sure there is plenty of pressure to stop more people dying.
