Qrt should give us some sort of idea of their progress (in receipts that is) as far as needing another C/R.
The magical 80,000 patient break even date is still a mystery, but they must have some numbers to share with us by now. Even if they don't give us numbers on it yet, at least give us % of progress towards 80k. When a share price hovers around rock bottom I really can't see the harm in telling us how the numbers are going.

Yes, that would be good, even better if they bought in off the open market.
I also can't fault the team in the US in the speed in which they are commercializing the products.
Also agree with your last line.
