Yup, if a patient uses the sensor 16 times every 30 days, every month for 12 months and the Dr captures that data and has a clinical interaction with the patinet every month for 12 months thats what they could be reimbursed.

What if any of that ADR gets as a fee data license we dont know - it would be nice to know.

If the SENTA is a trial are the devices given free ? If the device is free then there are strict rules about making claims when the product you are claiming for is free. i.e you cant claim for the product - as you have not paid for it- thats considered fraud. You may be able to claim for the service element. Be good to know how thats working.

If the sensor is being sold by SENTA / distribution partner do they get that fee/ license cash or do ADR?
Are ADR just selling devices to the partner or selling direct ?
    How does SENTA/Partner make money.
How does ADR make money. Be good to know. The money pie per patient is not that big to share @$360 per patient.

Patient volume is critical to this business. @ your $360 per patient to make revenue of $1 million you need a minimum of 2800 patients using the device ever month for 12 months = minimum of 33,000 patient months per year = minimum of 528,000 data days per year ( 16 days data per 30 days every month for 12 months ). Thats quite a scale up for the organisation and challange for the new CTO. .
