I've been watching over same period and not seeing it that way tbh. Those ticks up/down exist on just about every liquid stock. OBM got recapped with a truckload of shares @ 15c post consol so I feel this is where the supply is coming from. But yeah must be keeping it down to lock in the placement stock at a heavy premium to the supply lol.
