Correct but that may have been provided on the one page note who knows what and how information was exchanged between the parties and if FAR had access to the data room. The point beining it is not for COP to provide a detailed valuation but rather a clear statement of the successful bid/price for the PE asset that could be supported by a bid letter form a third party - it may be because of the structure of the COP/WPL deal this was not done who knows. FAR needed to have done its own DD and valuation.
