Simples....Absolutely...."Driveway" but is there any more to pay?.... seems you might need more than one page to clarify the sale price...In your car analogy, presumably you have been able to touch and feel the car, test drive it, assess the specifications provided by the seller, been able to confirm the drive away price actually includes all govt stamp duties etc and that the transacted vehicle or entity comes unencumbered from all liens, caveats, charges from previous owners or their financiers....
