If you are asking for more info then something is not clear in the sale. If they were told 2.20 a barrel which is what WPL are buying, there wouldn't be a leg to stand on. if information was requested, why not provide it? Not providing it gave Far the right to raise a formal objection "before" the sale period closed (raised in person in Huston I believe). COP chose to proceed with the sale knowing Far raised the objection which opens up a legal opportunity. It's their fault but obviously they didn't care or hoped FAR would not pursue things.
