w27. I combine FA with TA. Both are compatible and are necessary for knowledge and direction. For example when there is a breakout in a share based company that has been in a long down-trend it is often a sign that smart money knows something we don't. There are a couple of articles on Stage 2 mining commencing after stage 1 around and this is an article from International Mining dated 14th September. I also have seen reports where DC has said more than once the high quality potassium feldspar product is a very marketable product line for sale with a big intake in the USA for sales and that sales negotiations were in advanced stages.
I am sure if negotiations were or are in advanced stages for large corporations, supply would have to be mentioned in strong terms – especially sustainable supplies otherwise the big corporations would not be interested as they don't like to be stuffed around with small-time.
We didn't know much about the pollucite caesium j/v with Cabot or anybody else until the end. Where the board are negotiating or who they have been negotiating with we don't know. Again this is market sensitive information.

Pioneer Resources starts up Australia’s first commercial caesium mine Posted by Daniel Gleeson on 14th September 2018
Perth-based Pioneer Resources has started mining its Sinclair operation in Australia, bringing online the country’s first commercial caesium mine. Extraction of overburden from the upper reaches of the Sinclair stage one pit is underway, which will provide access to the caesium mineral pollucite, located some 40 m below surface. While the company’s primary focus for Sinclair, part of the wider Pioneer Dome project, is the extraction of pollucite, it is also expected to yield a number of other minerals including potassium feldspar (much of which is included in the overburden being mined), lithium and silica.
The Sinclair mine is not only a rarity in Australia; it is also one of only three commercial caesium producers in the world, according to Pioneer. Managing Director David Crook said the commencement of operations at Sinclair, two years after the discovery hole was drilled, was a major milestone for the company.
“We look forward to an efficient and safe mining operation, which, while modest in size, should provide funds for drilling and further discoveries at the Pioneer Dome and other company projects,” he said. Pioneer said its mining contractor, Hampton Transport Services, recently completed mobilisation to site as well as preliminary site works, which were pre-cursors to the commencement of full-scale mining. Pioneer’s stage one plan for Sinclair would see the company carry out four months of mining activity, with the pollucite sold to Cabot Corp as part of an off-take arrangement.
Potassium feldspar and lithium minerals would be stockpiled and marketed as part of this. Stage two, expected to commence in 2019, would see six months of mining activity and a cutback to expose a large potassium feldspar and remaining lithium mineral resource. The company is currently in the process of finalizing a maiden potassium feldspar resource estimate for Sinclair, it said.
Also w27,unless you know something we don't, we are at the speculative end of the market and a lot of what we say is value speculation to try and evaluate an order of things. as we are just not getting enough update information for the complete facts for long periods at time. Much information is market sensitive and held back until the end. We have to piece together things with a logical pattern with what we know and what we don't know as we try and work it out in a business like order as best we can in a do your own research manner otherwise interest wanes very quickly.
